The success of a healthy eating lifestyle heavily relies on a properly stocked pantry. That means cleaning out the unhealthy foods and stocking up on the nutritious foods. This task may seem a little overwhelming but we are here to assist you!

  • Have you wondered what is in those boxed goods you are bringing home from the store?
  • Have you bought things without ever looking at the ingredients?
  • Do you have some unhealthy habits you know aren’t the best for you, but you are not sure how to change them?
  • Are you desperate for convenient foods because your kids are little or your family is just always on the go, but you cringe at the thought of what you are letting your family eat day in and day out?
  • Have you received advice from friends or medical professionals about changing your diet, but now you are left doing all the work without anyone to assist you?
  • Have you been wanting to make a change in your kitchen, but are finding it’s been hard to do so???



  • Prior to the pantry makeover you will answer some simple questions (your goals, your biggest food challenges, your favorite foods, etc). This will help me personalize your experience and set you up for greater success.

  • We start the hour with your goals and concerns and soon move into the pantry. The pantry is where most of the unhealthy foods hang out. You can look at the box marketed as “healthy” on the front of the package, but when we flip it over and start looking at the ingredient list we may find out otherwise! There are always one or two hidden surprises when we start investigating the pantry contents!

  • We will go over nutritional information and ingredients, and how important it is to use them in conjunction.

  • You will receive a handout to use during the Pantry Makeover, which you can print out and keep for your future shopping trips.

  • You will receive is a completely customized experience where we go through your pantry and answer your questions and concerns.

  • You will be given recommended substitutions, and let us know in if that is way too far of a step to take, and if it is, we can find a middle ground.

  • Together, we will work on a new shopping list and a basic meal plan, that includes your favorite types of foods and a few things you likely haven’t tried (but, I know you’ll love!).

  • We will look at the contents in the fridge and freezer as well.

The Pantry Makeover uses another simple tool called “Traffic Light Eating” to assess:

  • Which foods you can eat as much of as you want – GO
  • Which foods are good in moderation – SLOW DOWN
  • Which foods you should swap or eliminate – STOP & THINK



You will be inspired about all the changes you can start making in your kitchen, and this often brings up more questions so you will receive a follow-up FaceTime meeting to address any questions or concerns you may have.

At the end of your Pantry Makeover you will receive a Personalized Report that goes over everything we discussed on our visit.
