Here at PUR Health, we do not believe in strict diets. We will NEVER tell you to completely give up your favorite foods and drinks. This program is designed so you CAN lose weight and keep it off while still enjoying your favorite foods. Sure, you can’t eat your favorite desserts with every single meal, but we will work together to create a nutrition and exercise plan that allows you to enjoy your favorite foods and drinks while still losing weight.
If you have an injury or a health issue that makes you nervous about exercise or a weight loss program… don’t worry! The exercise programs that we have designed can easily be adjusted to ALL fitness levels and for ANY injury you may have… from beginners to experts… bad knees to bad shoulders… we will assist you in finding a way to safely exercise while enjoying the process.
You will have guidance, support, and motivation through every step of your journey. It is our job to keep you on track so that you continue to lose weight and crush your goals. You will be in communication with your Weight Loss Coach on a regular basis so that you receive the BEST support throughout your program. When you lose weight, we will celebrate together!
Here’s How My Weight Loss Coaching Programs Work:
- Once we decide we’re a good fit to work together, we will email you an intake form to complete. This form asks a variety of health and lifestyle questions, so that we can understand your goals, your priorities, and exactly where you’re currently at with your health and fitness.
- We will work together to track your nutrition and create small changes that lead to massive results. We will use a spreadsheet that we can both view to track your progress. If we focus on tracking your nutrition, we will create the BEST nutrition plan for your life, your body, and your goals.
- During our coaching calls, we will discuss your weekly habits, and more importantly, your roadblocks, so that we are constantly in sync with each other, and progressing towards your weight loss goals together as a team.
- We’ll focus on your mindset… which means we’ll learn about your current career goals, relationships, spirituality and exercise plan. With different “homework” activities, we will get to the bottom of “why” you eat the way you do, so that you can make the lifestyle changes to lose weight and keep it off for good. If you struggle with emotional eating, we will work together to create an overall healthy lifestyle that works for you.
- Of course, you will have direct access to your weight loss coach in between our coaching sessions for quick questions throughout the week.
